This morning Stanley was thick with fog. So the family hung around the cabin a while. I wasn't sure what the plan was so I just made sure I wouldn't get left behind!

Today's hike in the Sawtooth mountains was to Hell Roaring Lake. It was a great hike. Less whining from my sisters.

I was happy to be heading home. Going through that crazy airport security and laying down in my flight bag is stressful. But I was ready to get back to Rosco Twiggy and my Pa.
It's been a while since we ran here in the early am. The flowers are different from early spring. It felt good to get out and move! And at Saltese you always have to run fast to outrun the ticks!
Today was another great run at the mountain. I did flip out a bit at a group of scarey 20-something female snowshoers. RunnerMom had to come pick me up because there was NO WAY I was running past that creepy group. Here are a couple pics of my more rational moments on the run.
Great day to get out of the fog and gloom of the valley below. Fog makes me shake.
